This deck is like playing a leadership deck, but with all the goodies from Protection. Due to all the great Grey ally cards combined with Grey Knowhere, I felt like adding the leadership aspect on top of this gives a nice boost but leaves you without an option to stun your enemy. Protection does offer nice stun, with Tackle & Iron Fist.
Even though this is a protection deck, it's not like you spend much time defending with Venom.
Playtested this deck alongside Justice Black Widow in 2 player games and it stands up to all Expert villains (aside from Ronan, sadly this deck requires a bit too much build in first 2 turns to counter Ronan at Expert).
