I'm testing out a Basic suite that could easily be adjusted for each Guardian. This is a variation of that for Rocket!

The focus is on card draw and allies. With Knowhere and The Triskelion, you can run up to 5 allies. With The Power in All of Us and "Welcome Aboard", it's cheap to get allies on the table. Because 8 of the 9 allies are Basic, you're effectively running 5 "The Power of Allies" cards. On top of that, with the ally limit of 5, it doesn't seem so bad to keep Groot and Drax hanging out on the board until you get full use of them. Groot can take a decent number of hits, healing along the way. If his health gets too low, let him go and bring him back with Rapid Response. Gamora, Ironheart, Maria Hill, and Nick Fury are all there to help get more cards in your hand, and all the Guardian allies help with card draw thanks to Knowhere. Don't be afraid to use Rapid Response on Fury, as well! Rocket handles threat pretty well on his own, so let your allies attack, making sure to set up Rocket for additional card draws.

Make the Call is going to be a big help to get Groot back on the board. His longevity makes Flora and Fauna easy to hit, and Rocket can always use the help with defense on top of that.

This deck builds fast, especially if you're running with the Milano.

C.I.T.T. is pretty optional for this build. It can give some nice closers, but overall, its not necessary for true solo.
