This is a multiplayer deck for the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. campaign designed to be played together with Captain America's Avenger Swarm.

This deck is a variation of the protection Winter soldier that aims to defend until the Avengers are ready to assemble.

Since Leadership doesn't have self-healing and self-ready that protection has, have to focus on all new tricks. And there certainly are those.

First of all. Chump blocking. There are more allies (many of them S.H.I.E.L.D. themed). Melinda May can help with the encounter deck, Maria Hill gives card draw, Mockingbird stuns as well as chump blocks.

Second: Attack events. Regroup. That can bring Black Widow back, who can then bring Super-Soldiers back. Go All Out is pretty powerful for Bucky's statline already, hitting for 6 for 3 effective resources. It's hitting for 7 if played with Cybernetic Arm. And R&D Facility can boost that to 9 damage. If the R&D Facility is already on the table and you play Victoria Hand to ready the facility, it can hit for 11. It's an unlikely combo. But it's there!

Third: Minions. Winter Soldier needs to defeat them in order to get the most out of his kit. Squared Off and Hugin & Munin helps find those while also helping playing allies or readying.

Might also swap Superpower Training with Specialized Training which would boost Go All Out. Superpower Training is there mostly for the Winter Rifle, which is a very nice tool for dealing with Tough.

Why not Make the Call? It has a "put into play" effect which doesn't trigger Black Widow. Regroup is in the deck just for that. Though if one forgets the attack nonsense with Go All Out, it is easy to swap those with couple of Make the Calls and maybe Build Support, which would also be a boon for the other player.
